"The Threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real, but
as I said, it is not new. It has been with us since the end of that war, and
particularly in the last 4 years we know after Operation Desert Fox failed to
force him to reaccept them, that he has continued to build those weapons.
He has had a free hand for 4 years to reconstitute these weapons, allowing
the world, during the interval, to loose the focus we had on weapons of mass
destruction and the isue of proliferation. -John Kerry, 10/09/02

The proof that Saddam worked with bin Laden

One of the great falsities that the left has tried to push on the public was something that I heard snuck in over and over in discussions on tv, radio, and online. Every time i heard this it was always with a little bit of a snear, like they caught some lie that the hawks were trying to push. Over and over I heard:

"Remebmer, there is not link between osama and saddam. Saddam didnt cause 911."

The audaicity of that statement would drive me nuts. Not only would none of the lefties offer evidence to back up their statements, other widely known inteligence from sources in and around iraq supported the now fact that saddam had links to al qaeida.

Children held at Guantanamo Bay

"Children younger than 16 are being held as "enemy combatants" in the American detention camp at Guantanamo Bay, the US military admitted yesterday, a practice human rights groups condemned as repugnant and illegal. "

What, just because they're kids means they're somehow immune from the law? What a bunch of complete and utter garbage amnesty internation is spewing. If anything they're living like reletive kings compared to the shit they were brought up in. They dont even know how to read or write! What a opportunity to try to deprogram them and get them to lead decent lives instead of as a two bit inscripted thug for some backwards afghani warlord.

Ditsy Chicks still dont get it.

Drudge got a transcript of the disty chicks interview concerning the backlash they got from all their fans and nonfans after thier comments overseas.

''NATALIE MAINES ON WHETHER SHE IS TRULY SORRY FOR HER ON-STAGE COMMENT ABOUT PRESIDENT BUSH:

MAINES: I think it came down to, it was ... that it was in a foreign country and it was that it was an off-the-cuff statement…And I think the way I said it was disrespectful. The wording I used, the way I said it, that was disrespectful…

MAGUIRE: …We are pretty tough and we have each other and we stand by each other through thick and thin and we know we're going to make mistakes…But this was colossal. This felt so colossal.

You stupid silly girl. Youre not sorry for what you said, youre just sorry youre in the minority. Dont you know your market? Your listeners arent going to want to hear that kind of crap. Youre not a victim. Stop your whining, if you say something unpopular, dont go crying about it when your sales drop and people get pissed at you.

Brit antiwar protestor on Iraqi payroll?

"The following documents were found in the Iraqi foreign ministry by David Blair of The Daily Telegraph. The first, from the head of the intelligence service to Saddam Hussein, contains what it says are details of George Galloway MP's financial dealings with the regime and his contacts with Iraqi agents. The second, written a month later by the then foreign minister Tariq Aziz, circulates Mr Galloway's "work programme" for 2000. The "programme" was not among the documents found."

gee, didnt see this one coming. its great to see the reason why so many people were against this war, i'd be against it too if i were getting payed off.

Illicit Arms Kept Till Eve of War, an Iraqi Scientist Is Said to Assert

WITH THE 101ST AIRBORNE DIVISION, south of Baghdad, Iraq, April 20 — A scientist who claims to have worked in Iraq's chemical weapons program for more than a decade has told an American military team that Iraq destroyed chemical weapons and biological warfare equipment only days before the war began, members of the team said.

The scientist also told American weapons experts that Iraq had secretly sent unconventional weapons and technology to Syria, starting in the mid-1990's, and that more recently Iraq was cooperating with Al Qaeda, the military officials said.

This means that we were totaly justified to go into iraq- but we may not find big vats of chemicals if they destroyed the weopons for us. It also means that we may have to enter syria.

German spies offered help to Saddam in run-up to war

"Germany's intelligence services attempted to build closer links to Saddam's secret service during the build-up to war last year, documents from the bombed Iraqi intelligence HQ in Baghdad obtained by The Telegraph reveal."

When people say we're turning into a empire, I say good. When people say "what about the world's oppinion?" I say they have no say.
